By joining the team in Adelaide, these individuals are playing a key role in supporting the resourcing and operational needs of our business in the region while continuing to build strong connections across the Altus Group.
Their presence in Adelaide strengthens our local capabilities, while reinforcing one of our core beliefs: that when we work together across borders, we all grow stronger. This initiative is a testament to the seamless collaboration across teams and the forward-thinking approach that defines our culture.
To support a smooth and compliant transition, CivilEdge delivered tailored training in South Australia to ensure our team members were up to speed with local requirements. This included securing the correct tickets and certifications necessary for traffic management in SA. Their support played a crucial role in preparing our people for success on the ground, allowing them to hit the ground running while meeting all compliance standards from day one.
