You are being directed to this page due to Warp Group’s Traffic Management businesses in WA and QLD being acquired by the Altus Group in September 2024, with the Warp Traffic business being progressively rebranded to Altus Traffic over the coming months.

What Does This Mean for You?

The acquisition of Warp introduces a wealth of opportunities for Warp’s existing customer base.

Strategic Growth and Enhanced Capabilities: By integrating Warp into its operations, Altus is poised to leverage Warp's established relationships and operational excellence. This integration is expected to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction through a combined workforce that exceeds 5,000 employees and a presence in over 50 regions. Altus's CEO, Ben Marsonet, has expressed admiration for Warp's commitment to safety and quality, anticipating that these core aspects will flourish further under the expanded resources of Altus.

Investment and Innovation: In preparation for upcoming projects, and for Queensland with the 2032 Olympic Games on the horizon, Altus has committed additional capital to expand Warp’s operational fleet. This investment aims to bolster the group's capacity to meet growing demands and enhance road safety. The acquisition also allows Altus to further develop its Workzone Digitisation solution, a recent initiative that promises to revolutionise roadworker safety through innovative technology. This tool not only improves safety conditions but also provides valuable data and insights that drive operational efficiency.

A Continued Commitment to Community and Safety: Both Altus and Warp have demonstrated a profound commitment to road worker safety, a crucial aspect of their operations and one that resonates deeply with the industry’s needs. The acquisition emphasises the cultural and operational alignment between the two companies and the benefits it brings to Warp’s teams and customers with the shared values and objectives that both companies hold dear.

Seamless Transition: While the integration will bear out over a few months, our goal is for customers to experience minimal disruption. We are looking to deliver a smooth transition so that you continue receiving the same level of excellence you’ve come to expect from Warp Traffic and its team.
