Altus Group Agrees to Acquire ProTraffic and Road Safe Traffic Management in NZ

 

Altus Group Holdings (Altus) is pleased to confirm that it has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of New Zealand Traffic Management Companies ProTraffic and Road Safe, each fantastic businesses on the East Coast of New Zealand’s North Island. 

These transactions will see Altus build on its key strategic objective of expanding its presence in the New Zealand market in a material way, providing additional capability and geographic coverage across the North Island. These are the 7th and 8th acquisitions of the Group to date. This transaction will see Altus Group build unparalleled capacity to service our customers growing needs across Australia and New Zealand. Our aim is, and has always been, to create the safest and most efficient work zones for our people, customers and communities. ProTraffic and Road Safe are businesses filled with incredible people, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to work with their teams over the coming years to continue to expand their business and create some fantastic growth stories for the people involved.
